Promises made, promises broken

The Staff at Glassfit Bryanston did not keep their promises about contacting me when they promised they would.<br> The manager at Glassfit Bryanston would not contact me.<br> Their complaints department staff at Glassfit head office do not follow up on complaints.<br> My windshield was to have been fitted at home, but their staff did not arrive until it was too late.<br> Very poor service.
