Poor service from Glasfit

I got my windscreen fitted in Glasfit East London on the the 07th March 2023. On the 25th, my mirror fell off the windscreen. Called Glasfit and was told to bring in the vehicle. On arrival was told to bring it on Monday which I wasn’t prepared to do as I stay about 70km from their business. They promised to come to my town on the 28th (today). I call them about their appointment and was told they are going to fit a new windscreen and they don’t have anything bringing them to King Williams Town ( apparently I’m not anything). Mind u the have removed my mirror as it has a rain sensor so it was just hanging. They don’t know when they will be able to come. Leanardo is refusing us to speak to the manager.
