Poor service.

On Saturday I called the Glasfit Call Centre for an emergency glass replacement on a sliding door. Their after hours team was going to phone me back to make arrangements. By Monday 12h00 I still had no response. When I enquired the Call Centre put me through to a branch, the branch's response was that I should speak to the Call Centre.
