Poor service

Took my car for inspect at the Glasfit Centurion branch. Reception totally ignored me for the longest time, 1 lady walked in and was also ignored with 1 reception lady eating McDonalds and 1 was playing games with his son and the other helping 1 gentleman. Me and the other lady stood there for some time. Till she informed them that shes there for inspection, they told her to write her name on a booklet, meanwhile i am still waiting there on d counter, also wrote my name and went to sit down. One white gentleman walked in and he immediately was asked if there was anything they could do to assist him.
