Pathetic service from Glasfit Pinetown

I have experienced a pathetic service by far from Glasfit Pinetown. My car was to be released at the panelbeating shop today, I was told Glasfit told thepanelbeater they will fit in the glass on Tuesday four days later instead of today. This car was at the panelbeater for 3 weeks which was the critical path of work to be done, thwre they come say add four days including the weekend for them to show up do the work. Upon following up directly with Glasfit as Outsurence didn't care anymore I was only fed lies. Initially I was told they are working on the car by 13h00 the glass will be done and the car can be collected today. On following up at 13h00, new story, waiting for technician don't worry it is across the road to panelbeating shop. Glass got fitted on around 16h00 for a car supposed to be released same day. Of which this needs curing time, hence panelbeater can't release the car. Throughout the day I echoed I need the car today, insensitive service provider only works on it at 16h00, which pretty much mirror imaged what they initially told the panelbeater to have it done on Tuesday instead of a Friday. Implying with uncured window I can't get the car driven until Monday. Thanks to such a pathetic service provider Glasfit Pinetown. You are only servicing your ego.
