PATHETIC service from Glasfit. Pay for an original screen but want to install aftermarket windscreen

What a PATHETIC company to deal with. Submitted a windscreen claim through Outsurance 3 WEEKS ago and they allocated Glasfit Roodepoort.

I have NEVER dealt with such a PATHETIC AND USELESS bunch of people. I have to call Curtis the whole time and he NEVER gets back to me.

CAUTION WHEN USING GLASFIT. Outurance authorised an original VW Windscreen and obviously get paid accordingly by the insurance company then they want to install an after market windscreen. Something fishy going on here.

Either or. Waiting 3 WEEKS for a normal 2016 Golf windscreen. Absolutely shockee how Outsurance can appoint Glasfit as business partners.

I keep following up with Curtis but he is now avoiding me.

Time to move insurance companies if this is the time of service providers they use!
