Pathetic service delivery

After a week they had not even ordered my windscreen because according to their salesperson, the person to help with the part number was not available. Had to contact their head office before anything was actioned. Team at Kempton Park branch didnt seem to care about my frustration of the delay. Pathetic service from them. If it wasnt for insurance I would have used another service provider. Will be putting in a complaint to insurance as well.
