Pathetic service

I don’t understand how Glasfit Kempton Park operate I went on Tuesday 24 December to fit my windscreen the lady told me I must come on Friday I did understand as they said take 2 days to order the glass! Guess what on Friday I went to Glasfit the glass wasn’t ordered at all she didn’t even bother to call me to tell I must not come on Friday? Am sitting wit a Cracked windscreen and Metro police stopped if they stopped me for a broken windscreen guess u will be reliable to pay my ticket! Still don’t understand 6 people can sit at the front desk but they can solve my problems
