Pathetic service

i needed my windscreen replaced via insurance and the job was given to glasfit, after 2 weeks i dont have my windscreen changed and have been given the run around by glasfit alberton, they asked me to bring the vehicle in on saturday 09/12/2017 after stripping the car i was told they ordered wrong windscreen, then i was told they will come to my office to replace the windscreen, i cancelled all meetings and its now 4.30pm that i get a call saying they have another job and are stuck in JHB traffic. this service is the highest level of pathetic cusotmer service, i have lost money and time waiting for this nonsense.
