Pathetic service

Glasfit was asked to go out to a property to do a quotation to replace two glasses. To save their time and money they only requested the sizes of the glass without going out to check first. <br> <br> Once getting to site they discovered that there are burglar bars that needs to be removed before they can replace the glass, charging me another R 1,500 for that.<br> <br> This is a insurance claim and the extra costs was supposed to be on the quotation. Pieter had a attitude and put the phone down while I was still talking to him.<br> <br> I found this very un professional and pathetic service
