Pathetic and unprofessional Glasfit

Absolutely pathetic service Glasfit attended to an insurance claim for the replacement of a windscreen. On arrival the dedicated service man kept asking when he would be getting a meal from me after the job was complete. Within 24 hours of fitment, a leak was identified after driving in rain. Vehicle was taken back for inspection immediately. Told to come back for replacement. On the day of rebooked appointment, waited over an hour after the booked time to get any service.
