No or extremely poor service

Glasfit Bethal Branch Cannot even describe how I feel...do not be mislead by the reveiws of this company..Only the satisfied people leaving reviews because we are in a small town and the people do not want to leave the bad ones. As a matter of fact.....they make promises they cannot keep, waisting the customer's time by waiting for them day after day and they just do not pitch.. Just to get a quotation out of them is impossible. Keeping you on the line....and then the owner Johan have the arogancy to tell me to do what I have to do. A one star is ever to much to rate this poor company. They only want to work with the insurance companies. The individual in town is of no importance to them at all. Yes if you are working through your insurance you will get service...otherwise not. This is not our first experience with them. If they do deliver a service to an individual they do half the work....promising to come back but again....you never see them again. Just to warn other people out there to be careful. The ownder of this branch sits on his chair day in and out when I enter the shop, telling me that his people are busy and as soon as they are finished he will send them to me. Which of course never happens. This is not the first time he does not keep his promises. If asking why he don't come and do the measurements he just say "no it is not my work". This is poor service to say the least. Unfortunately this person has a franchise name and he gives that name a bad record.
