No acknowledgement of clients, no concern

i went to Glasfit yesterday for my car to be inspected for insurance purposes, there we 2 ladies there, i stood there for 20 minutes wihout being acknowledged, they just kept walking past me, i tried to call the other one for assistance, she just looked at me and carried on with whatever it is she was doing, i eventually decided to leave, no one even stopped me or anything...they just ignored...these people must not work with people if they have such sticking attitudes, i took my time from work, with my petrol to go there to be ignored, had to drive to te glasfit in bryanston for proper service, once again, my time and petrol wasted...this is disgusting service and i believe Glasfit isnt a bad company...but this was like service from a tuckshop
