lack of customer focus
Outsurance sends me here for a window repair. I need to wait in a room that is rediculous. This place looks like a hospital room. No music, no decent couches (only 3 office chairs), no water, coffee or anything. I cannot believe in this day and age were customer service is the buzz word....a company like outsurance can support this!!! Unacceptable! !
