Insurance terminate their services with Glasfit

honestly i feel insurance could terminate their contract with Glasfit and opt for something better

i paid my excess fee in time and was told they will ordee the glass upon receipt of payment, paid in full and it was immediate payment , no one acknowledged receipt even after i requested for it . i went to their shop since they hardly answer calls and i was told the glass was only ordered in the morning , after 2 days payment was made

Glasfit is a total disappointment 😞
