Incorrect Vehicle Inspection Certificate

I changed insurers and had to go to Glasfit for an inspection within 48 hours of my new policy activation or else my policy cover would change from comprehensive to 3rd party. I went to Glasfit on the 1st of June 2018 the same day my new policy started. I then received a copy of my vehicle inspection certificate which was full of errors and contained details of my old insurer. This meant that my new insurer had not been notified of my inspection . This resulted in the lapse of the 48 hour therefore changing the nature of my cover. I've called Glasfit numerous of time asking them to fix this but I have had no luck. Instead they want me to drive back to them with my R15,79 per liter petrol to fix their mess, which they have shown no remorse or acknowledgement of fault. I'm currently paying for comprehensive cover with a 3rd party insurance for my car due to GLASFIT's INCOMPETENCY. If they don't fix this, I'll make noise until someone hears me.
