ILL DISCIPLINED EMPLOYEES AND BAD SERVICE

Glasfit Welkom is Pathetic. My insurance gave instruction to have my windscreen fitted to my Ford Ranger. First they fit the wrong windscreen and then want to deny wrongdoing. After a fight an agreement was reached that the correct windscreen will be fitted. This again warrants a fight as the timeframe was now longer than normal would expect. After the fight the windscreen could have been installed instead of the week that was proposed the next day. Windscreen was fitted on yesterday and during this the Fitters left the ******* in my driveway and blandly refuse to fit my E Tag as it was not part of their work. This after I called the morning of the fitment to inquire about it, and it was agreed upon. I have to add that the appointment was for 09H00 and the arrival of the fitters was 10H11. This morning driving to work light rain was falling and I realized that my wipers was not fitted again, and that only the passenger side works whilst the drivers side just stay at the bottom. I had to drive to work without wipers in the rain, putting my life and the life of other road users at danger.

The employees is very ill disciplined and when complaints is brought to them they just say they will not allow clients to talk to them like that after frustration arose from their bas service. I am really disappointed in them.
