Horrific workmanship from Glasfit

Enormously disheartened. I have 1 of 5 in the world space grey Z4 M coupes. A rare icon and glass fit has just ruined my entire rearview mirror. It’s cracked open now and not stable. You can barely adjust it without the entire thing moving. In addition to this they did not replace the ***ling panel like I asked, then they go and tear current one up even more. Tried calling the workshop to speak to Rodney but all I am getting is he is busy in the workshop. What do I even do from here? This is so heartbreaking I am furious.

Further update, the manager niel advised he would send in senior technicians to fix the above problem, he then sent through the same guys that tried to fix my mirror with black tape. Also advised that the ***ling panel was wear and tear which I understand. But that does not give you the right to damage it even further. Still receiving poor customer service and bad attitude from glass fit. You don’t go around breaking premium parts and fixing it with tape. They now ask me to bring my car there. Which to be honest is even more terrifying. How much more parts will they break!
