Horrible service

Good day , I’ve changed my window screen on the 20th of October 2024. The technicians that were replacing the window screen when they put in back forgot to put in the two clamps on both side of my vehicle. I took it up with glasfit menlyn since they were the one to replace my windscreen, I being calling them since they said they will send someone to replace those two clamps even today no one have contacted me. Poor service
