Horrible and Unprofessional : Glasfit

I had a chip on my windscreen and went to centurion branch : They are so rude upon arrival as Auto and general authorized my claim for chip repair I was assisted by Johan who so rude he chased me away claiming there was no chip and its fixed I asked and he left me and called yet another gentleman who also said that chip was fixed and as I left they made rude comments there was nothing wrong with that chip. 3 Days later I was called to confirmed the claim was processed I refused to confirm as nothing was done. The claim is still opened and every 3 or 4 days they call and say I must finalize claim. Today I got a call from Denver which is more than 35 km from me and the gentlemen said they waiting for me to bring my car in for glass chip. This is how bad it with this service provider.
