Heidelberg Glassfit

I registered a claim with my insurance for a damaged windscreen, they approved the claim and referred me to Glassfit national call center. They asked which branch i would prefer taking my car and I chose Heidelberg because I also needed to go fit in new tyres. Glassfit Heidelberg then called to set up an appointment, they told me that they needed to order the windscreen and the will only receive it after two days. I agreed to the date and also moved my appointment with tyremart to the same date as windscreen fitment to avoid driving to Heidelberg twice because my place is 50km away from Heidelberg. So three days later I went to fit the tyres and after I went to Glassfit and they told me that they haven't received their delivery. So I drove back to my place without fitting the windscreen. A week later they called and told me that they received my windscreen i should come through for fitment, i went and they replaced the windscreen but i noticed three days later that they didn't put back the clips that hold the wiper blade panel and the rain sensor wasn't functioning properly. I gave them a call and they acknowledged that their technician forgot to put the clips back and asked me to come through so they can put them back. So i drove from Delmas to Heidelberg three times for the same job and all I received was a lousy "we are sorry for the inconvenience"
