GlassFit Unprofessional methods of working causing big damage

GlassFit Pretoria North As a result of a chipped windscreen, I was informed by my insurance company IWAYZE From Old Mutual to replace it at Glassfit PTA North ,after almost a month the eventualy received the windscreen,. They replaced the windscreen using ***** drivers( the worker indicated he did not have the correct tools and equipment) and caused both sides of my vehicle serious damage to my leaving dented scratches and deep markings on the the end where they tried to losen the panel that fits over the windscreen. I reported is to management, they informed me that they would use touch up paint to cover the markings and scratches. Management also indicated that they ( the workers ) will pay for thae damage. I refused that touch-up paint was going to be used ,because the marking was very deep and if paint would be used , it won’t take away the smooth survice and the color would also not be the same. According to me their service and metodes used was very unprofessional and need to be addressed, they don’t care about the customer or there possessions . It was mentioned that I have to repair the damage and they( workers ) must pay for it , which I also don’t think isn’t fair as it is managments responsibly to see that these workers are trained and well informed and equipped before working on any vehicle. This damage is seriously a frustrating event.
