Glass Unfit

Went to repair my cars wing mirror. The person helping pushed too hard and broke the mechanism within the mirror. I was promised a call by the manager of the branch on his return from his holiday.

When no call was forthcoming I emailed Glasfit on their general email. I received a standard answer telling me it was being investigated and I'd be contacted within 24 hours.

Well that came and went 2 weeks ago and no response & no promised phone call.

Perhaps they just figure a woman in her 70's, if ignored will just go away.
