Glass issue

I get a very bad service from Glasfit Alberton and glasfit Montana.alberton branch ordered a glass for my car 3 weeks ago, I went there so they can fit a new glass, guess what my glass was no way to be found. They ordered another glass from Centurion main branch, it was confirmed available there. I asked to be transferred to Montana for fitting there when it arrives the following day only to get a call the glass is not available at Centurion main branch. The treatment from this outlets is heart breaking.
