Glass Fit _ Pretoria North Bad Service

I had a claim with First for Women for rare back Window and they assigned the task to Glass Fit Pretoria North because is the closest to me. Since the 2nd of December 2019 when I make a follow up they can't locate my claim and the person that is assisting they re not paying attention they are talking while assisting they keep on asking you same thing several times. Friday my husband went and they told him they can't locate my claim until I call First for women to assist and they promised that they will order and update us in 2 days. Today i called since is the second day without any update and they were still saying they can't locate my claim until I requested to speak to manager or supervisor and the guy manage to assist. Service at Glass Fit Pretoria North is BAD
