GLASS FIT ERMELO SERVICE IS BEYOND THE RACIAL LINE

I took a policy with MIWAY the policy started on 13 December 2019, they advise me to take the car for inspection since I do not have the MIWAY app . on Saturday I drove all the way from Elukwatini to Ermelo since at Elukwatini the is no place were I can do the inspection. I arrived at Ermelo at around 10:45 the white lady told me that she can not help me because she is alone and there are many cars that came to fit windscreens, she said I must come on Tuesday then I said I will be at work and what about the petrol cost, then I was surprised because she was sitting in front of the computer , she was not the one who was fitting the windscreens in those cars . I had to dive to PG GLASS when I arrived it was 11:38 I saw a notice Saturdays they close at 11:00.Stranded out side PG GLASS I called MIWAY asking if is there any place I can take my car for inspection, they said I must go to Ermelo fitment center , when I arrived at Ermelo fitment center it was closed I ask a car guard he told me that they do not open on Saturdays.

12:05 I decided to drive back to GLASS FIT to beg the lady for assistance. when I get inside the building she was assisting a white lady who also came for Inspection she was able to assist her and by that time when they try to do inspection on the white lady`s car they were offline . I drove back to Elukwatini without being assisted. If she assisted me the first time when I arrived in the morning maybe the system was online it was going to be better.

HER SERVECE IS BEYOND THE RACIAL LINE BACAUSE I AM BLACK I WAS NOT ASSISTED.
