Glasfit Wynberg is VERY unreliable!

Monday (9.02.2015) my car window got smashed in a smash and grab. I called Glasfit Wynberg to assist and spoke to the Manager- Hamilton. Hamilton took down the details of my car and said he would have the glass ready by the next day (Tuesday). I paid a deposit of R642.10. On my arrival, Hamilton, after waiting for 20 minutes, told me he had ordered the wrong window and asked if I could wait for an hour and a half while this mistake was rectified. I told him \absolutely not"as I was needed back at work. He promised he would get the correct glass and send people over to my work place to get the glass repaired the next day (Wednesday). Wednesday morning I called him to confirm his people"

Hello Diketso_M,

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you are experiencing with regards to your refund, we are doing everything we can to expedite the payment, please make allowances for inter bank delays.
As a matter of clarity, a glass was initially ordered for the opposite side, to the damaged glass of your vehicle, when the correct glass was ordered none of our suppliers had stock of the required side. The original equipment agents for your vehicle had a lead time of 21 days and our regular supplier had a lead time of 5-6 working days. Stock availability of quality parts for less common vehicles can sometimes be problematic in enabling us to provide the high service levels we try to hold ourselves to. At your request we cancelled the order, so that you may find an alternate supplier.
Once again please accept our apologies for the unfortunate delay with regards to your deposit refund.
