Glasfit Upington Scratched my Vehicle Dashboard

Glassfit Upington scratched my Amarok Dash today! This is extremely unprofessional and I will not accept this. How can your Technician scratche my vehicle like this when they are supposed to provide a service by replacing my Windscreen? Where is your quality checks, workmanship? This is unacceptable as I drove 480km for this to be done to my vehicle? Every time I climb in my vehicle and drive I now have to stare at these scratches? This is unacceptable.
