Glasfit Roodepoort - Worst of worst!

On the 29th of April 2024 I have ordered and paid a replacement windscreen for my vehicle with Ashley from Glasfit Roodepoort. I even sent a photo of the registration paper so that the VIN number would not be messed up in any way to order the glass. Guess what...they ordered the wrong glass. My vehicle was down the road from them in for mechanical repairs. I only got my vehicle back on the 12th of June 2024 and the glass was still not replaced. I had to phone them to find out what could possibly be the reason for this ridiculously holdup, only to hear a 1 000 stories why it could not be done...BUT NOT TO WORRY, MADAM, BETWEEN 15:30 AND 16:30 ON THE 13TH OF JUNE 2024 THE GLASS WILL BE REPLACED (now Ashley doesn't exist and Alison is now on the phone)...I sucked it up again and agree to it. Guess again...it did not happen. So now I have had it with Glasfit Roodepoort and demand a refund so that I can get PG Glass to come do the replacement, but no...THE MANAGER IS SICK AND ONLY THIS MANAGER GOT THE PIN FOR THE BANK TO DO THE REFUND (now Alison gave the job to yet another colleague of his). This morning, 18th of June 2024, yet another employee of Glasfit Roodepoort phoned me asking for my banking details to do the refund...NOT THE MANAGER...I am still waiting for this mysterious manager to phone me and I am still waiting for my refund. Congratulations Glasfit Roodepoort...you guys are truly the worst of worst glass company out there!!
