Glasfit - Port Shepstone

Had a front door glass fitted by Glasfit , Port Shepstone on the 29th of March 2021. Some hours after it was fitted a crack started appearing. I contacted their office the nexr day and several times afterwards. I was told somebody will come to look at it or the lady in the office told me - " she will speak to her Boss. This is now more than 3 weeks and nobody have been to look at it . The crack has since grown much longer. I paid in cash an amount of 1200-00 for which I have a receipt
