GLASFIT KURUMAN - WORST SERVICE EVER!

I would rather give them a 0 rating - We are extremely disappointed in the service received from Glasfit in Kuruman. After asking them to please visit the site to do a quotation with the necessary measurements and specifications - as well as paying them a deposit upfront as they requested (30 days before installation date was arranged), they failed to start with installation on the scheduled date (after confirming multiple times before hand, if they are still able to start with the installation on the specified date). On the day that installation was suppose to take place - they had an excuse that they were not aware of certain material that still had to be ordered after they were on site themselves to asses the site for the quote beforehand. After requesting them to please refund our deposit that was paid - they confirmed that they will do the payment, but up to now we have still not received anything (It has now been more then 2 months). They are ignoring our emails, messages and phone calls. We will not recommend GLASFIT KURUMAN, to any person who needs their services.
