Glasfit Kuruman - Terrible service

I paid for my aluminium windows and doors on the 9th of October 2021 and they promised to fit them within 3-4 weeks. That did not happen and eventually after calling them every week and threatening to ask for my money back they came and installed the windows after 2 months and told me they will bring the doors the following week. When they eventually brought the doors one of them was not the design i asked for and they had to take them back also for resizing. Today after 3 months i went to them to complain again and the manager was giving me attitude and not giving me clear answers and telling me that they will not refund me. What irritates me is that if i dont go and ask they never call me to explain what is happening. If you need alluminium products do not go to Glasfit Kuruman. The sad part is that they are giving Glasfit a bad name and the manager does not even care and she speaks to customers like she is not a manager.
