Glasfit good service

Glasfit glaziers. My gardener ****eatered a stone into my aluminum sliding door - shattered it. Several glaziers promised to give quotes for replacing the glass panel. Only Glasfit gave a quote (others too inefficient, not interested, couldn't be bothered ? ) Glasfit came on the appointed day and efficiently replaced the glass - a good job. But the admin was slack, no return invoice has arrived to confirm that payment was made so as to claim from insurance.
