Glasfit George - don’t waste your time

I have had such bad service from Simon at Glasfit George. Actually, I have NEVER had good service from them ever! We ordered a piece of glass for our shower over a month ago (paid ) and when ever we go there and ask about it Simon has no idea what we talking about. He then says it will be installed the day I spoke to him and then he says next week Thursday!!! Well guess what today is Wednesday and we haven’t heard from him to arrange when they are coming tomorrow. This guy is rude, has no idea what is happening in his shop and the receptionist is useless! Takes messages but we get called back days later. Unprofessional.
