I have received the worst experience from the Glasfit in Emalahleni. My Vehicle went in for a replacement of the Driver Doors glass, when they replaced it they broke the Motor that opens and closes the window.

On the 03 October 2022 my vehicle went in for the glass replacement. When they replaced it they broke the mechanism.

On the 06 October 2022 I notified them that there was an issue with my window opening and closing. on the 08 October 2022 my window didn't close anymore and had to find an alternative Glasfit to fix this.

upon opening the door panel they found that the mechanism had been broken and they Attempted to hide this by glueing the mechanism back together.

The date is 12 October 2022 and they have not made any meaningful attempts to rectify this poor workmanship. The manager is never available when I call in.
