Glasfit damaged my vehicle dash when replacing my wndscreen.

Thought I was dealing with a professional company but they sent novices out to replace my windscreen. They pretty much scratched my dash everywhere and made holes in it. They said that they will fix it but a week is gone and their is very little feedback, in fact I don't see substantial efforts being made to resolve this issue. Went to Glasfit centurion yesterday as I was concerned that the windscreen may fall off considering the damage done by the novice technicians. A very rude and hostile lady, perhaps the manageress of Glasfit centurion inspected the car and said that they will fix it. Really disappointed at Glasfit.
