Glasfit - Cape Town - worst service and manager I have ever met.

I went into Glasfit Cape Town to ask them to assist me as whenever it rains, the water pours into my car. I had my passenger window replaced there a few month's ago. The manager was so rude, trying to tell me it was impossible that it was their workmanship that this is happening. I tried to explain that it has never happened before and only since they did the work is it happening. He was so unaccommodating and unprofessional, I will never recommend this place to anyone. He was not even prepared to try assist me in finding the problem.
