Glasfit can't do their job

Absolutely pathetic service and they broke two more things in my car! I've been waiting for three weeks to get my window replaced and a mechanism that they broke to be replaced, I go to fetch my car (that still hasn't been fixed) and they have broken yet another thing in my car and proceeded to blame me for it. The service manager can't even explain why the window and mechanism can't be fixed. Outsource should not be giving these people business.
