The worst service ever. They promised me a passenger glass since last week, its 10 days now. No feedback of the enquiry, I kept calling following up, I asked for the manager Joyce and Johanna were not helpful. There's no sense of Urgency at all. I lost a lot of business because I couldn't drive around with a plastic window avoiding to attract ****s.

I ended up moving my query to Glasfit Brits on Friday, on Monday I was called about the status. Tuesday morning the glass was fitted on my car.
