Glasfit Brakpan

We made use of the services Glasfit, Brakpan. What a total disappointment. Not only did they not honor their appointment time, but when they did show up it was with glass for the window that, according to their worker, was not cut according to measurements that they took. Although knowing that, they tried to 'make it work', only to make it worse. When it was brought to their attention that no matter how they try to fit the glass, it just won't fit seeing there was severe gaps, he had an attitude of, I will not be corrected. Even after phoning the office it took some time before intervention happened and they were called back to get other glass. Something that is supposed to take maximum and 1 - 1 1/2 hours took them, after they showed up almost two hours late, three hours. They have a bad attitude towards their customers, unprofessional and totally *********** in their trade. We will not make use of their services again.
