GLASFIT BLACKHEATH /CRESTA
On the 4 March 2020, I had a broken window on the driver's seat and looked for places near me to fix the window. I arrived at Glasfit blackheath at 09:45am close to Cresta mall to try and fix the window. The guys were really helpful to try and make a sale, fair enough they ordered the window and fixed the car and told me to wait 48 hours before I could open the window. I did as they requested for me to do. Right on Sunday after 48hours lapsed, when I try to close the window fixed it was not working, the electrical button are faulty. The window doesn't want to close and I am being told that I should take it to Toyota and some guy working there(Glasfit) as the mechanic or technician gives me an attitude and tells me I am making a big deal out of this, the problem can be fixed with Toyota. I speak to the manager - Charmaine and she comes up, She won't know if the problem was caused by the impact on the window. Later on she seeks for assistance to the issue after a few words of blame were thrown at me. She goes on to seek for further advice on how to deal with the problem calling someone by the name of Florence tsaoane(CSI department - trainer manager) from their head office and she says that, I going to Toyota has nothing to do with them. I find this very frustrating, inconvenienced and disturbing as the customer. I am extremely disappointed at their service at this stage and I am willing to take this further for the disgust they put me in and as for the shifting of blame to me is also very insulting. I have recording the conversations between everyone who got involved during this situation. I have cancelled half of my meetings because of this case.
