Glasfit Bela Bela-expect to be ****med you of your hard earned money(you pay the deposit and no job will be done)

We did everything by the book- purchased aluminium windows,patio sliding doors and foldable sliding doors from Glasfit Bela Bela,including the installation service.

What a shocker of a service! we were treating with disdain once the money exchanged hands-Alan of Glasfit Bela Bela was more than happy to pocket the deposit,i.e close to R100 000 for the items, and to send the worst/poorly trained team that he has to go install at our place.The result of their 'installation service' is the following;

#sliding doors that won't open or lock properly due to poorly installation of fittings/ in some cases misaligned door fittings/*****ed rail for the sliding door (we basically have sliding doors and foldable doors that don't work), #the windows that let rainwater in ,where they meet with the brickwork,they are so poorly installed .. All of this has resulted in extensive water damage to the property and the doors that don't lock/close pose a security risk to the property.

Well,Alan has ignored our calls,our email communication ,every attempt from our side to get them to come fix their mess...Everything is still under warranty as it was only installed in November 2019 however contempt is all we have been met with by Glasfit Bela Bela personnel (Alan in particular).

Well, taking 80% of the invoiced fee,~R100 000 knowing full well you have no intention of fulfing the contractual obligation is what ******** do and that is exactly Glasfit Bela Bela way of doing things -How else does one explain shocking installation service, followed by contemptous treatment we received i.e ignored calls,(my husband drove all the way to their offices and was point blank shown the door),not returning emails,ducking and diving etc

We will take a legal recourse of course.

To those building in the broader Waterberg/Bela Bela/Thabazimbi area and thinking of using Glasfit Bela Bela and their ******** ways, it's your choice....
