Glasfit Appalling Service!!!

STAY AWAY from Glasfit Montagu Gardens!! My car was broken into and the ******* broke my window. My insurance company uses glasfit. I was told on the day of the claim it will take x amount of days to arrive as there are no windows in S.A. I am driving without a window for weeks waiting on the window to arrive. I called and mailed the branch manager and office number and no answer or reply!!????? All I wanted was feedback. Extremely unprofessional! And I still have no idea when I will get my window fitted.
