Fitting for the car window

Was told to bring my car for window replacement on the 14th of November 2017. Got there very early before the shop open (opens at 8) so that I should not wait long for and be late for work as was going to work. As was told no appointment for cars. People who brought their cars AFTER me their cars where done before and sadly some where not around they dropped them off and leave the premises. I confronted the receptionist(Farooiz) and ask how things work here ...Am here sitting and it's almost 3 hours you guys haven't touched my car. Didnt you say no appointments etc... why you guys haven't touched my car and people come and go while sitting here. ...she stood up and went to talk to guys who does the work. The lady is confused , things she said like the the car takes the whole day# really to replace a window while am there takes a whole day# what about people who came after me did they take the whole day? In future learn to shut up what you saying is nonsense. In short The service is poor, terrible, and unfairly. I.believe color count as well.
