Fantastic service!

<p>I had my car's cracked windscreen replaced at Glasfit in Victoria Street, Somerset West roughly a month ago. After some rain last weekend I noticed a puddle of water in the passenger side footwell of my car. I thought perhaps it had something to do with how the windscreen was fitted, as it had never leaked before. I took my car back to them and they were very accommodating, promising to sort it out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a call back later that day to collect my car. Jaco, the manager(?) came out and explained exactly what had happened – it had nothing to do with the windscreen! The drainage area that runs along the top of the bonnet was blocked, causing the water to run in through the vent. The team cleaned it out at no cost! They left my car out in the (hectic!) stormy and rainy weather just to make sure it was in fact the drainage that was the problem and that there was no further leaking before calling me to collect it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really feel they went the extra mile and they were so friendly about the "return". Not all businesses react in such an accommodating manner when you come back with a complaint after they've served you. I'll absolutely recommend them and will def be a return client!</p>
