Failure to acknowledge my claim and fix my windscreen after multiple attempts through my insurance.

Glasfit is the worst! i put a claim through Budget insurance and they took close to 3 weeks without contacting m to make arrangements for me to bring my car so they can fix my widescreen. The insurance called they multiple times and sent multiple emails but even now they haven't contacted me. My widescreen is still not fixed and i'm still waiting for Glasfit!!!!
