Failed to submit inspection to Discovery

I went to Glasfit to for an inspection of my car for Discovery. Everything was fine and they advised they would send me details to Discovery. It was only now, after noticing my premium did not come out that they failed to submit my details to Discovery and they then downgraded my insurance. If I had had an accident I would have been liable because of Glasfit's failure to do what they are hired to do. Luckily Discovery allows you to do an insepction through their app and I can submit my own pictures. Terrible service, and they also advised I was not the firs person this happened to.
