I would like to sincerely thank Glasfit Hatfield for their excellent service. <br> <br> After submitting a claim to have the windshield on my vehicle replaced, I struggled nearly two weeks with the first provider to have it replaced. They showed up with the incorrect windshield, forgot their tools and tried to convince me to install a custom windshield of their creation.<br> <br> Needless to say, I contacted the insurance company to have the matter addressed urgently. They redirected the claim to Glasfit in Hatfield. The window was replaced in less than 24 hours! Glasfit Hatfield went out of their way to get the correct parts and install it efficiently and promptly whilst keeping me up to date on all the processes and developments.<br> <br> I would recommended Glasfit Hatfield, as well as the agent, Barnard, to assist anyone who needs to have windshields replaced.<br> <br> Thank you Glasfit Hatfield - your service standards are an example for to others!
