Exceeding all my expectations

I had to submitted images for a vehicle inspection for insurance purposes, but had many challenges during the process since I live in a small town with the nearest Glasfit more than 100 km away. So I contacted my insurance and they said that I did not have to drive all the way, but could simply contact Glasfit to provide me with a link and they will provide me with all the information to do a home inspection.

I contacted Glasfit Group on 5 March 2024 and within minutes, received a response from Sharice Swart. She was very professional and friendly, and provided me with all the details of the process, without me having to go back to her for more information. I was extremely impressed with her thoroughness. She requested some additional personal information which I provided and 19:56. I only expected a reply the following morning, but at 20:05, I received the SMS with my unique code.

It would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to her for responding to me after hours and for her professionalism and efficiency. It's a rare trait in businesses these days.
