Big shout-out to Jacob, the glass fitter at Menlyn branch. I was concerned after reading a bad review. Our insurance uses GlassFit as service provider so we had no say in this. Jacob assured me he would take care of my car - left back window. "Mam, no problem. I will vacuum the shattered glass inside the door and fit nice new window." Thank Jacob, you're a man of your word! Great service . . . he even came running after me as I got into my car to remind me not to open the window for 48 hours ". . is for the smash & grab, Mam. I put stickers on the door but you don't see him, you drive."
